6. Samples & Batch References

Sample references, grade references, QR-linked product pages, and batch identifiers are provided for product identification and commercial reference purposes only.

Minor variations between approved samples and final shipment may occur within commercially acceptable industry tolerances due to natural agricultural variation.

7. Orders & Confirmation

Orders shall be considered confirmed only after:

  • Mutual commercial agreement

  • Final specification approval

  • Payment term confirmation

  • Availability confirmation

  • Written order acceptance by Canistra

Canistra reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel inquiries or orders at its discretion.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms may include:

  • Advance TT

  • Letter of Credit (LC)

  • Other mutually agreed international payment methods

Detailed payment terms shall be specified in the Proforma Invoice or final commercial agreement.

Bank charges outside India shall generally be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipment timelines are indicative and subject to:

  • Processing schedules

  • Port operations

  • Shipping line schedules

  • Customs procedures

  • Weather conditions

  • Regulatory approvals

  • Force majeure events

Canistra shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, port congestion, shipping line disruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Risk transfer shall be governed as per the agreed Incoterms® version stated in the commercial agreement.

10. Inspection & Quality

Buyers are encouraged to review samples, specifications, and inspection requirements prior to shipment confirmation.

Third-party inspection and testing may be arranged upon request at buyer’s cost unless otherwise agreed.

Any claims relating to quality, quantity, or packaging should be communicated in writing within a commercially reasonable period after receipt of goods.

11. Intellectual Property

Canistra does not intentionally sell or disclose confidential buyer information to unrelated third parties except where required for export processing, logistics coordination, banking compliance, or legal obligations.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
